  Get Pre-Approved

With MyChoice, you will be able to get pre-approved by phone, face-to-face with a Mortgage Advisor, or online. Our highly efficient application system enables our sales consultants to truly coach you through the first steps of the mortgage process. Once you are pre-approved, a letter of pre-approval will arrive immediately via fax or e-mail, so you can begin house-hunting right away.

Find a Home

When you have found a Fort Campbell area home, agreed on a price and signed the contract, call us. The moment you notify us with a property address, we'll order an appraisal (if needed) and send you a package containing important next steps. Our teams consist of 6-10 mortgage counselors to maximize the level of customer support. Teams are assigned by region to ensure that mortgage processors get to know our sales associates and their markets.

Return Documents

After your application package is received, the loan processors at our Loan Processing Center are the main point of contact for you and your Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable, & Holleman agent. To process loans, our loan processors will gather personal information from you such as credit reports, pay stubs, bank statements and appraisals.

At this step, we'll need you to verify this information, as well as provide any required documentation for closing. There is nothing you will have to fill out. You just sign and return the documents in the overnight envelope provided. It's that simple.

Close on Time

At closing, you will receive a closing package containing all the documentation they need. For example, we include a first-payment coupon with a preaddressed envelope, as well as a complete copy of all documentation regarding your loan.
